Mary’s name denotes her mission in God’s plan of salvation and in the Church. She continues as Mother of the Church and intercedes for us by bringing God’s healing love through her Son Jesus.

Let us pray:
Heavenly Father we place ourselves under the shadow and protection of the Most Holy Virgin Mary. Through her loving intercession may we be healed from the trauma of our life experiences Restore us to wholeness in body, soul and spirit and bless us through these titles of grace with the joy and trust to freely love again?

Mary’s titles reflect the beauty and the blessings of the Father’s love. Her virtues and graces of femininity are restored to us through these titles. When our spirit has been damaged or sinned against by others we can become hardened by our life experiences. Mary offers to pray for us to share in all the blessings she received to be a woman of grace.
